Our products

Are the products organic ?

We strive to obtain certified organic products, however many small farms and operations are not structured to be certified organic, thought using organic methods.

How are the products packaged ?

Our products are packaged either in food bags with zip of 150g or in glass tubes of 15cms high .The weight contained in the tubes varies according to the type of product. Weight are packing is correct may vary with time and conservation.

Glass tubes comes in boxes of 4, 8 or 12 tubes – sizes 170x160x30; 170x160x70; 240x160x70 mm

How are the products selected ?

Our spices and peppers are either grown organically on our plantation in Thailand or selected by us from small producers from different countries: China, Cambodia, India…

How to change the language of the site ?

Our site is accessible in 1 language : English and soon in French. Find the translator link into the footer of the website.

How to change the currency of the site?

You will find at the top right of the site a small box allowing you to choose among the 3 currencies offered: Euro, American Dollar or Thai Baht

How to order ?

Do I have to create an account to order ?

You do not need to create a customer account to place an order.

How is an order placed ?

Choose one or more products and add them to the cart. Validate your cart and pay. Creating an account is not mandatory, but it allows you to follow the progress of the order.

How do I track the delivery of my order ?

You can follow the delivery of your order from your “MY ACCOUNT” area, “my orders” section.

How do I know if my order has been taken into account ?

– You will receive a thank you email after confirming your order
– Your order will appear in the status “in progress” in your account, section

Is it possible to modify my order ?

Modification possible only within, 24 hours before shipment.


I lost my password, how do I log in ?

To regenerate your password, go to the login page and click on the “I lost my password!” Link. After entering your account email address, you will receive an email with a link to generate a new password.

How do I change my address ?

You can change your delivery or billing address by logging into your account.

Click on “My Account” in the menu then login with your email address and enter your password. On your account page, in the menu on the left click on “Addresses” then on “Modify my billing address” and / or “Modify my delivery address”.


What are the accepted payment methods ?

Paypal, Credit Card and bank transfer (additional delivery time because the package is sent after receipt of the transfer)

Is the payment secured ?

In order to guarantee the security of your payment, all bank card transactions are carried out via KasikornBank. The presence of a padlock in the browser bar certifies that the payment is secured by the “https” protocol and that the site’s identity is validated by an SSL certificate allowing the encryption of your bank details.

When will my card be charged ?

Your account will be debited when your order is shipped.

When you validate your order, only a bank authorization is recorded.

In the event that an item is not shipped, its price will be automatically deducted from the total amount of the order.

What country do you ship to ?

We ship worldwide. Only the shipping costs will/may vary according to the requested country.

How much are the shipping costs ?

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

What is the delivery delay ?

Delivery times will depend on your country, however due to Covid19 the transport times cannot be guaranteed.

Europe : 5 to 10 days

Asia : 5 to 7 days ; Thailand 1 to 3 days

America : 5 to 10 days

Australia : 5 to 10 days.

How will my order be packaged ?

We take upmost care to ensure the best transport conditions for your products.

Your order will be packaged in a cardboard box in which the products will be held with cushioning paper or bubble wrap.

Can I choose a delivery address ? (To send a gift)

Yes, you can ship your order anywhere you want. You just need to specify a delivery address other than the billing address.

Is it possible to have it delivered to a relay point ?

How do I know if my order has been shipped ?

You will receive an email informing you that your order has been shipped when it is taken over by the carrier, a tracking number will be assigned to you.

You can also follow the progress of your order in the history of your orders in your customer account using the carrier’s tracking number

What if I haven't received my order ?

First, check the status of your order on your dashboard in your customer area on our site.

If your order is shown as delivered and you have not received anything, have your carrier tracking number ready and contact them.

What if the package is damaged ?

If you receive a damaged or opened package, do not open the package and take a picture of it. Contact us immediately by email, attaching the photo.

If the products are unusable, attach the photos that will be compared with those of the carrier taken during delivery to validate an identical replacement of the product.

What if there is an error on my order ?

We are sorry if there was an error preparing your order. Please contact us by email at contact@aspiceandi.com We will explain the steps to return the wrong products to you as soon as possible.


Can I return one or more products ?

Yes, exceptionally, you can return unopened products to us in their original and unused packaging.

How long do I have to return a product ?

You have 7 days from receipt of your order to request a product return. Please specify a good reason.

Do I have to pay the return shipping costs ?

Yes, you will have to pay the postage for the package yourself through best carrier rate . Packages should be sent to the following address see more

How will I be reimbursed ?

The refund of your return will be made upon receipt and verification of the goods in our warehouses.

The reimbursement of returned products is made by credit to the account corresponding to the bank card used for payment.
